Last Friends
It is a series whose subject is so hard that it seems immodest to say we loved them. Yet, Last Friends is arguably one of the best dramas published in 2008, as evidenced by the numerous awards gleaned here or there.
Last Friends talk about violence - violence of feelings, social violence, physical violence - visible from a generic (sung by Utada Hikaru) where the main protagonists exhibit a suffering that is not without causing some chills. The destinies and loves of these characters intersect and collide, each carrying within it the elements of an evil to be unveiled over the episodes. Ruka (Ueno Juri) is a young independent woman and voluntary, sporting a style tomboy who does not hide his revulsion for his own femininity. However, it fails to attract Takeru (Eita), a young barber air sensitive, even effeminate, and caring but unable to express his feelings about the opposite sex. Eri (Asami Mizukawa), meanwhile, seems to have all the arguments to easily find something to suit him, but still can not extricate themselves from a difficult relationship status. Those three, sharing a roommate, will be involved in drama, so little exposure so common and yet unfortunately, domestic violence, namely that exerted by Sousuke (Nishikido Ryo) in respect of his companion Michiru (Masami Nagasawa). The unbearable relationship governing the relationship of this pair is indeed the backbone of this series.
Therefore, the whole point of this drama is to present viewers with a maximum number of items to try to understand what might drive a man to strike his wife and the latter to bear the martyr. How the feeling of love can be perverted to the point of using violence against a being we desperately claims to love? Fear? Madness? Despite the efforts of the writer to expose the complexity of the motivations of the executioner and his victim, I'm still not sure come to understand the unacceptable. My rejection of unfair domination of the strong over the weak is probably too strong. In this regard, I must say a word about the provision of Nishikido Ryo. A debate has shaken fans dramas to determine if its blankness fell under the poverty of his acting or met the requirements of an introverted character capable of explosions of a rare violence. I personally have no definitive answer about this, but over the episodes, his appearance on screen has aroused in me a genuine revulsion.
Therefore, we can conclude that his performance was a solid success for me. Conversely, my empathy for the character of Michiru was more limited, probably because of a lack of depth or even blandness of this common character, erased and without charisma. The opposite of Juri Ueno, who once again, fills the screen in a complex role in the height of his talent. Another good reference Eita who manages to pull out of the game behind the title roles. It
Moreover, therein lies the main regret with regard to this series. At the end of this drama, we regret that personal circumstances of the minor characters were not developed to advantage. There is a lack of risk taking when talking about strong subjects and barely visible in television production, be it homosexuality, pedophilia and incest. While the enemy is too good, but that regret is the less diffuse that can not fail to ask themselves if production has not favored the issue of domestic violence to meet a unhealthy voyeurism of their audience (as many items in the press of the time left to think). This is supported by an excellent cast, this series has at least the merit of exposing a social phenomenon that is usually hidden away happily lights media. As futile as it may seem, think about it is a start.

If part of the action takes place well in a school environment, Medaka much more akin to the social chronicle of another Japan, much less put under the spotlight: the humble, failures, marginalized, the excluded ...
Lack of anything better, the young Takako Meguro (Mimura), called "Medaka" fails a teaching job in evening classes. In its small class, half the students are older and live it odd jobs. Just like their young teacher, themselves do not know what they are doing there. They just put some confused little hope that these courses can help them overcome the handicaps that life has given them. The framing of this night school itself demonstrated a relative motivation towards his strange students. In this gloom, Medaka, timid and hesitant, does not seem the most likely to swing the tide. However, by engaging in more or less unexpected in the lives of his students and never give miraculous solutions, it will bring them to remember their motivation to attend these evening classes ... and thereby discover viewers the back of a Japan in a cramped office that sometimes seems very restrictive.

The problem with this series is that you quickly get tired of the repetitiveness of the episodes always built the same way: either the characters have problems, is kidnapped by a group of evil that drags in a warehouse (still the same ...) and was issued after a part of tamper pif, by Kenji invincible. However, Pride no lack of qualifications. My little knowledge of the sporting world are necessarily nurtured my interest in the issue of sacrifices to be made when one wishes to become a professional athlete: how far should we give up tout ce qui fait le sel d’une vie pour atteindre ses objectifs ? Quelles sont les responsabilités à assumer lorsqu’on est une star montrée en exemple à ses coéquipiers ? De même, j’ai été sensible aux valeurs véhiculées par les sports collectifs : travail, solidarité, fidélité… Les matchs de hockey en eux-mêmes sont bien rendus et agréables à suivre, même pour un non-fan. Par delà le thème du sport, se pose également une double problématique intéressante : comment construire une relation quand elle est supposée à la base même ne pas être durable, mais aussi comment peut-il être possible de renoncer à it really exists when love between the protagonists? Before going to the review of this series, I must make a confession: I'm a fan of Kimura Takuya. Some criticize him always playing on the same fiber, that of the handsome tough but sensitive, mysterious, modest, generous, faithful in love as in friendship, in short, the ideal man, which can prove one thing: ignorance his filmography. Murase Aki (Takeuchi Yuko) is a pretty office lady, resolutely traditionalist values, waiting patiently for two years for news of her fiance went to Canada. Having déjà plusieurs fois évoquée, je ne peux cependant m’empêcher de dire à nouveau un mot sur la fin de cette série, bien évidemment sans en livrer le contenu. Dévoilant enfin les motivations de l’acte infâme de Waga, elle laisse le spectateur choqué, effrayé, pantelant, ému… Certainement la meilleure conclusion scénaristique qu’il m’ait été donnée de voir dans un drama, à hauteur de celle de Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi. Elle vaut assurément l’effort de suivre les épisodes qui la précèdent.

La découverte du cadavre défiguré initie une longue et difficile enquête confiée aux inspecteurs Imanishi (Watanabe Ken) et Yoshimura (Nagai Masaru). Plusieurs histoires se déroulent alors en parallèle au fil des épisodes et permettent de découvrir petit à petit les personnages, leurs caractères et leurs cracks. From a screenplay, it is far from the American series where evidence and criminals seem to be discovered in a jiffy by police, which is probably more credible but gives Suna no Utsuwa a slow pace sometimes unbearable. Similarly, the script, it returns regularly to the past through flashbacks Waga, does not track book to explain the reasons for the murder. Admittedly, this term allows viewers to deliver an amazing final, but we must have faith in it to support certain lengths.

Karim, a young Tunisian, 22, leaves for the first time his country to turn in new film Rose Blanchard, a director "underground" whom he met in Tunis a few months ago. Arriving in Paris, Karim finds himself seul à l'aéroport : Rose, trop occupée, n'est pas là pour le recevoir. Karim est alors accueilli par Rémi, un ami de Rose qui est compositeur.
Malgré de graves problèmes financiers, le tournage commence.
Karim est éperdument amoureux de Rose, bien qu'il sache que celle-ci a une liaison avec Paul Marais, un écrivain célèbre. Rose, absorbée par le tournage de son film, ne se rend compte de rien. Peu à peu, Rémi devient le confident de Karim...
Karim, a 22 year old Tunisian, leaves his country for the first time to act in a new film by Rose Blanchard, an “underground” director he met in Tunis a few months before. In Paris, Karim finds himself alone at the airport: Rose was busy and could not be there to meet him. Karim is then welcomed by Rémi, a composer and a friend of Rose.

"A film by Remi Lange is always an event in the middle of auteur cinema. With" Go "which follows" Devotee ", it addresses the problem of uprooting between Tunisia and France, and unrequited love ... Sophie Blondy au style un peu titi parisien se bagarre comme elle peut face aux problèmes de son film, sans voir ce qu’elle fait comme dégâts autour d’elle. Jean-Jacques Debout, personnage lunaire traverse le film sur la pointe des pieds, avec son aspect jovial et bon enfant. Un coup de cœur à Paulette Blondy qui joue le rôle de la mère de la réalisatrice et qui est d’un naturel parfait. Voilà un film qui aborde le milieu du cinéma et de l’errance où le langage pénalise le héros pour exprimer réellement ce qu’il feels. These pages are devoted to a subject until very recently rejected the books of history, collective memory and the official iconography of the concentration camp, that of the Nazi persecution of hundreds of thousands of individuals and the killing of tens of thousands of them because of their sexual orientation alone.

Nothing exceptional, but I'm pretty happy ... For once I can call one of my speed painting speed painting an xD is rare.

I'm back after having been read results of the second mini challenge Dominance war. The topic was to draw the familiar general war. So I opted for a crow. Being now a finalist for two mini challenge, I wait patiently for the final results for the 2 drawings and know my ranking! :)
